Lawsuits against companies for deceptive marketing are on the rise. The latest one of such lawsuit is the QC kinetix lawsuit in which the plaintiff accuses QC kinetix of deceptive practices. The lawsuit which is now classified as class action lawsuit accuses a number of organizations of the aforementioned offence which include: Med Den Funding and Security First Bank. These companies are accused in the lawsuit of a deceptive regenerative health campaign.

In the QC Kinetix lawsuit, the plaintiff accuses QC kinetix of a number of offences. These offences include falsely promoting what they call a non FDA medical treatment. The plaintiff argues that this practice not only violated industry practices but also resulted in damages to the affected people during the time in question.
The second accusation from the plaintiff against the defendant is issue of fraudulent conduct where the plaintiff accuses QC kinetix of fraudulently financing medical procedures. The last accusation against the defendant in the QC kinetix lawsuit is the issue of consumer deprivation where the plaintiff accuses the defendant of depriving consumers of legal resources against the financing entity in the business.
The Second Lawsuit against QC Kinetix Lawsuit
In an interesting twist of events, QC Kinetix finds itself facing yet another lawsuit different from the first one detailed above. In the second lawsuit, QC Kinetix finds its name dragged to court again by Lisa Frisby who is suing the QC franchise group LLC d/b/a QC Kinetix and Robert Scott Hoery.
Unlike the first class action lawsuit against QC Kinetix, the Frisby lawsuit accuses the above listed companies of labour standards violation acts. The lawsuit focuses on labour laws and the right standards contained in the relevant act.
The Response of the Defendant to the QC Kinetix Lawsuit
QC Kinetix is yet to make any comments on the QC Kinetix lawsuit. Even though the details regarding the two lawsuits against QC Kinetix remain scanty at this point, the defendant is yet to respond to the allegations levelled against it. Should further details regarding this case come up, they will be made available to the general public in due course.
The Current Status of the QC Kinetix Lawsuit
The QC Kinetix lawsuit is still ongoing with no further details other than the ones provided currently. It is also unclear at this point whether the two lawsuits against QC Kinetix will run concurrently. The plaintiffs in the case are yet to make clear of what their preferred settlement demands in the lawsuits are.
Should the lawsuit go all the way and become successful then they will result in serious financial implications on QC Kinetix as they will have to part with a lot of money in settlement of the damages request in the lawsuits.
Even though QC Kinetix are yet to make any comments on the case by either denying the allegations against them or accepting liability, there is a chance the company could consider an out of court settlement on the case. QC Kinetix could decide to talk to all the companies suing and work on a settlement that will not necessarily involve waiting for the court judgement at the end of the lawsuit.
