Momentum solar found itself embroiled in one of the most serious and damaging lawsuits of modern times. These lawsuits which are now known as momentum solar lawsuits all accuse momentum solar of racial abuse against its black employees, want to know how and when this happened, read below:
The Momentum Solar Lawsuit
The momentum solar lawsuit started in 2019 where former six black employees working at momentum solar lawsuit limited accused the company of racial abuse. The lawsuit which was filed by six black people working at momentum solar lawsuit accused their company of creating an environment in which racial abuse thrived.
In their accusations, the six black employees at momentum solar claimed that their company created what they called hostile working environment in which their managers often used racial slurs. It must be noted that the two lawsuits against the company remain allegations and nothing more at this point. It is not uncommon for people to level such allegations against their company or even former employees. Such allegations can emanate from simple things like a misunderstanding and in the absence of strong evidence to back up the accusers claims such cases normally die off after sometime.
However, this is not to say that momentum solar is completely innocent of the accusations against it. However, should another piece of evidence come up against the company then that might twist the entire case swinging it towards the side of the plaintiff. What remains unclear at this point is whether there will be more people coming to accuse the company of the same offence in the days to come.
