The Disneyland goofy lawsuit revolves around some strong allegations made by visitors to the park against the park. One such law suit is filed by a woman named Katrina Griffin.  In her lawsuit against Disneyland, Katrina claimed that a Disneyworld cast member as a goofy tripped and fell on her while at the Disney California Adventure Park in April 2022. 

As a result of this accident, Katrina claims that she suffered serious traumas, debilitating with some serious injuries which resulted in costly and significant medical care. The lawsuit proceeds to detail some of the injuries suffered during this accident but desists from specifying them publicly. 

Katrina in her lawsuit filed in Orange county superior court accuses the Disneyland resort of negligence. She claims that due to the resort’s negligence she suffered some serious harm which deserving of compensation. There are no new updates on the case though that is normal considering that some lawsuits take a long period of time before a determination is eventually made.
